These terms cover your use of betnook.co.za. If you disagree with them, do not use the site.

Adults only

The site is for people aged 18 or over. Gambling can be harmful. Nothing here is an invitation to break a law that applies to you, including a law about where you may gamble.

Information, not an account

Betnook publishes notes and guides. We do not take bets, hold balances, or pay winnings. A visit link hands you to an operator. Your contract, if you open an account, is with that operator and is governed by that operator’s terms.

Offers change

Figures are dated. An operator can withdraw a coupon after we publish a note. Where we could not verify a figure, the page says to see the operator’s site for current terms. You should do that even when we did print a figure.

Commission

We may earn a commission if you use a visit link. Commission does not change the operator’s price. It is not a rating. Some names are listed with a direct link or with no link at all.

No warranty

The notes are prepared with care and they can still be wrong, out of date, or unavailable. You use them at your own risk. We are not liable for losses that follow a decision to gamble, a decision to trust an offer, or a failure of an operator’s site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not let us exclude.

The site itself

You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site into another product and present it as your own. We may change or remove a page without notice.
