Start with the cap, not the adjective
“Up to R11,500” does not mean an account opens with R11,500 in it. It means the bonus stops at that number if every step pays its maximum. Springbok Casino’s own promotions page, read on 16 October 2026, is a clear example: 100% up to R1,500 on the first deposit, then 50% up to R5,000 on each of the next two. Add the three caps and you get the headline.
A percentage without a cap is unfinished. A cap without the percentage is also unfinished. Write both down before you deposit, plus the minimum deposit the page actually names. White Lotus’ homepage block named a floor: R50 or more, for a 150% match capped at R1,000.
Where the coupon has to be entered
Several cashier casinos only attach a bonus if you redeem a code before the deposit lands. White Lotus’ promotions page says deposit-related coupons must be requested in the cashier’s Redeem Coupon section before you deposit. Springbok’s promotions page sends players to the same kind of cashier field.
If you deposit first and look for the code afterwards, you may have made a deposit that does not qualify. That is an operator rule, not a Betnook rule, and it is one of the few that is expensive to learn twice.
When the homepage disagrees with itself
On the same day, Silversands’ title line, a 200% signup block, and a 100% match on three stated deposit sizes were all on the public homepage. They are not three ways of saying one thing. When a site prints conflicting figures, the figure that counts is the one the cashier will accept, and even that can be withdrawn.
See the operator’s site for current terms whenever a guide, including this one, is older than the cashier. A copied code from a directory is how expired coupons stay in circulation.
