Spanning seven levels of spectacular architecture, UMoMA presents a collection of international contemporary art, sometimes paired with historical art retrospectives. Our program is deeply rooted in crucial, political, and philosophical themes. Visitors are welcomed to enjoy guided tours, artist discussions, educational talks, film screenings and other happenings at no cost.
The exhibitions are organized by UMoMA in partnership with artists and museums globally, and they frequently captivate worldwide interest. UMoMA has been awarded a Special Commendation from the European Museum of the Year and was a strong candidate for both the Swedish Museum of the Year Award and the Council of Europe Museum Prize.
